摘要 Abstract

南部科學園區為南部地區之科技重鎮，科技部南部科學園區管理局 ( 以下簡稱南科管理局、本
局、我們 ) 致力於完善園區產業聚落，同時重視「生產、生活、生態、生命」四生價值，推動南科
成為永續綠色園區，並與利害關係人建立溝通管道，發行第10本永續報告書，內容結合ESG(環境、
社會、治理 ) 三大面向，呼應「聯合國永續發展目標 (SDGs)」其中 15 項目標，並揭露各利害關係
人所關注之重大主題，公開且透明的在報告書中回應本局之執行成效。

Southern Taiwan Science Park (STSP) serves as the technology powerhouse in southern
Taiwan. Southern Taiwan Science Park Bureau of Ministry of Science and Technology
(hereinafter referred to as STSP Bureau, the Bureau, and We) is dedicated to the creation of a
sound industrial cluster in the science park and at the same time attaching great importance
to the integration of “Production, Living, Ecology, and Life” and promoting STSP to become a
sustainable green park. We have established communication channels with our stakeholders
and published our tenth Sustainability Report disclosing information on three major aspects
of ESG (Environment, Social and Corporate Governance) corresponding to 15 of the SDGs, and
material topics our stakeholders concern about are responded to in a public and open manner
in this Report to reveal the implementation results of the Bureau.

Environment 環境友善 Environmentally Friendliness

當南部科學園區廠商持續進駐，本局對環境保護從未懈怠，推動穩定供水供電、節能設施與
電能巴士等措施，辦理園區公共建設及設施維護，定期實施環境監測；同時導入氣候相關風險鑑
別工具，瞭解園區氣候相關風險，並積極輔導廠商提升能資源使用效率，2021 年輔導廠商節水節
電累計潛量共減少 51,766.9 公噸 CO2e 排放量；南科不只是高科技科學園區，也規劃生態保護區，
本局委託生態調查團隊定期執行生態調查工作。2021 年臺南園區取得綠建築標章 EEWH-EC( 社區
類 ) 變更評定 ( 續用 )，確認在落實永續發展、綠色園區及節能減之規劃成效。

As manufacturers continue to enter STSP, the Bureau has spared no efforts with respect
to environmental protection, provision of stable water and power supply, energy-saving
facilities and e-buses, the maintenance of public works and facilities in the science park, and
the implementation of regular environmental monitoring. At the same time, we also introduced
an identification tool to understand climate-related risks in the science park. Furthermore,
we have actively guided park manufacturers to improve resource use efficiency and. In 2021,
we guided the manufacturers to conserve water and electricity and reduced cumulative
potential of 51,766.9 metric tons of CO2e. STSP is not merely a high-tech science park, it is
also a planned area for ecological protection. The Bureau entrusts an ecological survey team
to carry out regular ecological survey. STSP obtained the green building label (EEWH-EC)
change assessment (continued) in 2021, showing the effectiveness of the implementation of
sustainable development, green science park, and plans for energy conservation and carbon
reduction.
