南部科學園區為區域創新樞紐，鏈結在地產學研醫能量，提供優質投資環境，引進各類創新
研發事業進駐園區，2021 年全年營業額達 1 兆 948.84 億元，較 2020 年成長 29.15%，園區六大
產業中，積體電路、光電、精密機械及通訊等產業都有明顯成長，有效核准廠商達 254 家，新引
進20家廠商(含10家新創公司)，新引進廠商投資金額75.5億元；吸引廠商進駐也需招攬人才加入，
2021 年底南科就業人數為 84,050 人，較 2020 年同期成長 5%，創造經濟產值及就業機會，打造
園區成為下世代創新產業的實踐場域，促進科學園區創新轉型。

STSP is the regional innovation hub linked to the local government-industry-academia-
institute capacity, providing excellent investment environment, and has introduced various
innovative R&D businesses into the science park area. The annual turnover of STSP in 2021
amounted to NTD 1.94884 trillion, a 29.15% increase compared with 2020. Significant growth
can be observed in the six major industries in the science park, including integrated circuits,
optoelectronics, precision machinery and communications, with 254 validly approved
manufacturers and 20 newly introduced manufacturers (including 10 start-ups). The
investment amount from new manufacturers amounted to NTD 7.55 billion, attracting not
only manufacturers but also talents. As of the end of 2021, the total number of employees in
STSP totaled 84,050, a 5% growth over the same period in 2020, creating economic output and
employment opportunities, making STSP a practical field for innovative industries for the next
generation, and facilitating innovation and transformation of the science park.

同時，本局持續完善基礎建設及園區生活機能，引進「小熊托嬰中心路科館」，提供園區從
業員工托育服務；並結合運用虛擬實境與通訊技術，打造「職業安全衛生多體感延伸實境 (XR) 防
災模擬訓練場域」，強化職場必需的職業安全衛生知能，實踐南科智慧創新與安全園區；並定期
辦理暮春藝文季、球類競賽及敦親睦鄰活動，四度邀請羽球天后戴資穎擔任代言人，鼓勵園區員
工維持工作與生活的平衡，營造舒適而富文化、運動氣氛的園區環境。

Meanwhile, the Bureau continues to complete and better the infrastructure and life
functions in the park area, introducing the Little Bear Baby Care Center of Luzhu Science Park
Branch to provide nursery services for the employees in the park. In addition, Virtual Reality
and communication technology are combined for the creation of the “Occupational Safety and
Health Multi-somatosensory Extended Reality (XR), Disaster Prevention Simulation Training
Field Project” to reinforce the necessary knowledge of occupational safety and health in the
workplace for the embodiment of a smart, innovative, and safe STSP. Furthermore, we regularly
organize late-spring art events, ball games and neighborly activities, and the professional
badminton player, Tai Tzu-Ying was invited to be the spokesperson for the fourth time to
encourage the employees in the park to maintain a balance between work and life, creating a
living environment with comfort and cultural atmosphere.
