南科管理局身為公務機關，依循行政院訂定之「公務員廉政倫理規範」，使公務員執行職
務應依法行政，廉潔自持且公正無私，配合辦理反貪腐宣導活動，落實內部控制制度，並規劃
內含國家重大政策等相關訓練課程，確實遵守各項法令規章。因應 2021 年嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎
(COVID-19) 疫情升級，本局配合中央流行疫情指揮中心執行相關防疫強化措施，結合地方政府與
園區廠商之資源共同設置快篩站，以及園區廠商踴躍捐贈防疫物資，並辦理租金 ( 權利金 ) 減收紓
困方案協助園區服務業渡過疫情嚴峻導致的營運困難，本局與園區廠商齊心協力對抗疫情。

As a public agency, STSP Bureau abides by the Ethics Directions for Civil Servants
prescribed by the Executive Yuan and asks the employees to conduct law-based administration
when implementing their duties with integrity and impartiality. We cooperate with the
advocacy of integrity, implement the internal control system, plan training courses containing
major national policies, and abide by various laws and regulations. In response to the COVID-19
pandemic, the Bureau cooperated with the Central Epidemic Command Center and carried
anti-epidemic measures and set up screening stations together with the local government
and park manufacturers by combining resources. Park manufacturers also actively donated
anti-epidemic materials. We even provided the relief plan of rent (royalty) reduction to help
the service industry in the park go through the operational difficulties caused by the severe
pandemic. STSP Bureau stands by all park manufacturers in the fight against the epidemic
together.
